Before donating plasma, we recommend eating a protein-rich meal and arriving well hydrated, after drinking at least 1.5 liters of water. Please bring your photo ID, address card, and TAJ card with you. Make sure the documents are valid and original, as digital formats are not accepted.

You can donate plasma up to 45 times per year, but there must be at least 48 hours between two plasma donations, meaning you can donate again on the third day.
In addition, you are required to participate in whole blood donation once a year, helping support not only plasma supply but also the overall blood supply, which is also greatly needed.
